We have partnered with Anderson Chemical Company and implemented their Integra Program for chemicals. All of our Integra products are distributed directly to the customer by our own delivery trucks. Each of our local service technicians has been trained in the maintenance and repairs of all types of Dish machines and related dispensing equipment.
Service Program
We offer chemicals for warewashing, BOH, housekeeping, janitorial and laundry.
Service Schedule:
In addition to around the clock emergency service, the Integra Ware wash Program includes regular inspections of the dish machines, booster heaters, water softeners, pre rinse units and all line item dispensers. A Castino service technician will perform a complete ware washing inspection on a Monthly Basis.
Inspection Procedures:
At each Dish machine inspection, the Castino service technician will fill out a WAREWASHING SERVICE REPORT, detailing the results of his inspection and denoting any corrective adjustments made.
Castino Service Technicians are dedicated to the concept of preventative maintenance; therefore, when an inspection is made all aspects of the ware washing operation are surveyed. Some of these checkpoints include:
- Dish machine wash and rinse temperatures
- Proper sanitizer levels in dish machine and pot and pan sink
- Presence of TDS in water
- Detergent carryover levels
- Pump Motor intake screens
- Conveyer and gearbox wear
- Rinse Pressure
- Upper and lower wash arms and gaskets or bushings

Castino delivery trucks will deliver all of our products to you. This gives you one invoice, no freight charges, no minimums and no need for large inventories. Your Castino representative will work closely with you to insure all deliveries are handled to your satisfaction.
Dish Machine Lease / Rent Program
Castino Restaurant Equipment & Supply is a major distributor of Jackson Dish machines. We offer several models to fit the individual customer’s needs. In addition, our company provides a lease/purchase program and/or a monthly rental program for the end user who does not want to own their equipment.
Monthly Rate:
Castino’s will work with you to determent the best machine for your application. We will be happy to meet with you and provide you with a quote for the machine that best suits you.
All Rental machines will be billed on a 12 calendar month cycle with the proper state and local taxes added.
Repair Policy:
Because we stock an inventory of parts both on our trucks and at our warehouse, there is never a need to call any outside service agency to repair the dish machine. In addition, there is no charge for labor while working on the dish machine. Under the Castino Warewashing Program, maintenance of the dish machine is always our responsibility.
Training Program
In Service Training Programs:
Realizing that standardized procedures for ware washing are not always appropriate because of different types of dish machines, dishes and cleaning surfaces, Castino personal will conduct IN SERVICE training with each dishwasher on a regular bases and will do Quarterly formal in services to meet Health Department requirements.
This training will include:
- All aspects of cleaning the dish machine before shut down
- Proper scrapping of dishes and pre sorting of dishes
- Racking and pre washing of all dishes
- Monitoring water temperatures in wash and final rinse area
- Product safety and proper use
The in services will be given in both English and Spanish. An ongoing training program is so important in order to get the best results at the lowest price.
MSDS and safety information will be provided for each product.

Ware washing & Concentrate Control System:
Castino’s uses the computer controlled Dema Series Ware washing Systems to maintain accurate chemical monitoring and regulation product usage. The Dema Series provides a reliable, economical method of dispensing liquid products. The unit features easy to use priming mechanisms and a fail-safe alarm to alert the operator when the chemicals supply is exhausted. The rinse pump uses digital control of the rinse pump speed to ensure dependable metering rates and lower usage. (These dispensers used on Conveyor type machines)
This tamper resistant system regulates the dilution of each individual product depending upon the particular application for which the product is used.
